I ordered over 75 dollars worth of clothes from what I thought was torrid website. Turns out it was this crap company. Stated they sent the clothes twice. Would not give me the courier company name. In my area there are only 2. Fed ex and UPS that deliver so I knew they were lying. Demanded my refund. Tried to state they would only give me only 20% due to shipping cost. I demanded all of it as they refused to give me courier information to prove it was shipped or give me shipping information to prove they shipped it so I know they are scammers. They said ok they would give it all to me. They only gave me half. Then I threatened legal action and they issues another half of the remaining balance claiming it was an issue with their bank. Now my attorney is involved and they have missed 3 court dates with a 4th coming up and have ghosted myself my attorney and the courts emails. Have another court contempt charge date coming up in Jan. Judge is going to issue arrest warrant for contempt. All over 23 bucks. I am not stopping. It’s not about the money anymore these people need to be stopped

Items of shoes and clothing were ordered. After a few weeks, nothing received. I contacted my credit card company to stop payment which went through already. On July 25 the fraudulent company said they delivered my items. They have not been delivered. I have received numerous emails from Customer Service stating I need to be patient. It is in route. I am reporting this to the ScamPulse.com and will contact Legal. I want my credit card reimbursed for the complete $35.64 and I have made the Credit Card company aware of what name they used so that no further charges can be placed on it.
