Someone from Spectrum contacted me on several occasions telling me that I was behind on my bill in the amount of $302.00 On 03/28/25, at 9:00 a.m. Micheal claims to be a salesperson. I told him I was going to enter into my bank to pull each month to read each month where I paid in the amount 0f 131.92. Which was the amount I had to pay. Michael with excitement stated are you in your bank account now? and I said yes. Then I thought about how excited his voice was, so I immediately excited my account but prior, Michael heard that every month was paid. Then he told me OK just pay 170.86 for late fees, I explain to him that I was not late. Then he said just pay $144.28. Then I told Michael I would be calling the FCC to report this SCAM. and I did. Then I ended the call. The next day I received a call from Ann, and she told me the same story I was behind on my bill in the amount of $277.11 was my current balance and I was past due in the amount of $160.86, and it must be paid by 4/18/25 or they would shut it off.
