Letter reads: This letter is to inform you about an important matter regarding the property at (my current address) secured by your current lender which is _______ (misspelled). We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice. Please Call IMMEDIATELY as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU 888-467-3210. The bottom of the spam is a fake "check" but with no signature. It states it is for $199.00 and says "Allocated Waiver" above the $199.00. The back of the "check" even has a line with an "X" and "ENDORSE HERE". However, the bottom of the front side of the check states, "THIS IS NOT A CHECK".
