After placing an add to sell children’s toys, I was contacted by a potential buyer who said they needed to verify the sale by checking my phone number they asked me for the verification code they texted to my phone number. It sent me a link for google voice activation. I’m worried they have stolen my identity.

Scheduled a photography session with Danielle Caldwell (photographer) on 04/29/2023 for 07/09/2023. I paid $150 "session fee" upfront that was to secure my time scheduled and was to include venue, makeup and fifteen images. Danielle Caldwell sent a text the morning of the appointment to cancel because of car trouble. I offered to help with a ride to the venue, to which I got no response. I am not available for the day/time she asked to postpone so I requested a refund and she repeatedly said she could not give a refund because she didn't have the money. She stated she had already spent the money given to her so she has no money to refund.

Danielle Caldwell has posted several times on our community Facebook group to advertise her business and has many clients who say they have been scammed out of their session fee.

I paid for a service that was scheduled and never provided.

I ordered a cup from the website advertised as Stanley on Facebook. It says that the cup was delivered in Ohio and that a missing mail search was initiated. I live in Florida, so it wasn’t even close. I have emailed the email that they provide [email protected] several times requesting a refund with no response.

I often purchase clothes from Bloom Chic. A flash sale popped up on my Facebook on 4th of July weekend. I wanted to take advantage of the sale so I purchased several items thinking it was Bloom Chic. I found out later it was not. I received an email confirmation and charge on my credit card from sweetbabymo which I never heard of. Their website looks very similar to Bloom Chic. I believe I was scammed.

3 weeks ago my daughter (****** *******) had her facebook account asking people for money. She quickly created a nes account taxted her contacts about it and not to respond. 2 days ago my daughter gets a facebook msg on the new account that her facebook (the new one) will be shut down due to non compliance with community standards. we tried to contact facebook but could not locate a number. then my daughter web searched facebook customer service and found this number 1-877-611-1662 to which she called. the person on the phone sounded nigerian and his name was jamal. she tells jamal everything that has transpired and jamal tells her the account was shut down because someone named "Andrew" used her new account and her cashap to purchase things on facebook marketplace and has sofar racked up a $400 debt. my daughter being nieve freaks out. jamal tells her to screen share with him and they will resolve it. she shares with jamal and he tells her to open her cashap and see how much money was attempted to be charged. Nothing was found then jamal instructs her to go into my (Linda Davis) cashap. so jamal has seen and had access to both cash ap accounts which ar linked to our bank accounts. jamal says since they couldnt see anything on the cashap it must have already gone to the bank. finally my daughter thinks something is up and cancels the screen share she said she asked if he could still see the screen, jamal said no it is vcancelled. my daughter checks her bank account with no changes. she checks my bank account and $139 usd the transaction is listed as Cash App*alexys Vasseurvisa transfer Ca transaction type A

reference number 303145824191304 a new appeared as i was typing this for $5.30 reference number 0 Cash App* cash Card Visa Transfer Ca 1

i called the number she gave me and asked for the supervisor. the man who sounded to be from India, identified himself as the supervisor named steve. i told him what happened, i asked why his employee named jamal would do that, was that ok'd by him to have staff that steal from customers. i asked who they were, he said facebook customer service. i told him i wanted my money back in my account within 24hr and all our information "LOST" i was calling the police/FCC and i was not going to let this rest. he hung up on me. i called back i repeated my demands and my intended actions he said do what you want, the money will be refunded. then hung up again. i called back a 3rd time and made him assure me the money would be refunded. i tried to contact FCC, (this was at 6:52pm central time) no one was available to speak with. i left a message. i did not contact the police as i felt i needed to contact the FCC and the ScamPulse.com and my bank first. M daughter searched complaints and this is common. There is also a number providede on the web sites that is false as well. I am not sure why facebook has no "contact us" or "customer service" number available on facebook itself. I cant help but feel they are aware of this scamming as it has been ongoing for many years according to research. Not sure why they have not corrected and prevented this problem. I am angry, i am a 64 year old retired/disabled woman. i have a litmited income and i doubt i will see it back in my account. please address this. thank you

I said no 100%. Then new email different person 50% credit. I said no. Now 75% credit. This has been going on since I placed order in April.

Decided to check them with BBB.

Ordered product and paid for it. They took the money but never sent the product. Was on Facebook

I received a friend request from a person on FaceBook Messenger. I thought I knew this person but actually she wasn't contacting me. The person immediately started to tell me about a way that they knew someone who could help me pay all my bills. There was this special program to help people having problems paying their bills. I told them that I didn't need any help with the program but they kept sending me messages and a fake email from a lawyer named, John Smith Law Firm. This is the email that was sent to me, m.me/attorney.johnsmith.fgov.18. I clicked on the email and this person created a false application. I knew something was wrong when they asked for my drivers license. License was misspelled! I didn't give them my license nor my social security number. I became very suspicious and deleted my information from them and blocked them. I haven't heard from them anymore. The person is an older Caucasian man.
