He texted me on Instagram. Told me they had question about my Instagram account. So I accepted him in Instagram. Then he told me he represented facebook and Instagram and was told I had won some money . was told also not to tell anybody. He gave me some numbers and asked if I wanted atm card or check. I told him check. Anyways I gave him my full name and address and phone number before I thought it thru. Then he told me they would send it private courier but it would cost some money. He told me 300.00 dollars . He also said he'd have Mark zuckerburg. Email me if I didn't bel I eve him. Anyways I took some screenshots of the conversation. I can send you if you tell me how. What do I do now that they have my name address and phone number?He also has my email address. What do I do?

There really is nothing you can do but shut down that email address. My advice is to also put a freeze on your credit reports, meaning you will get an alert any time someone tries to use your information to purchase something or open an account in your name. More then likely, this person is in Nigeria or India, so I doubt you have to worry about them coming to your home.
