I was paying an independent contractor to work on my car, he put a bad starter in my car and refuses to give me my blinker switch part that I paid for as well. He will not answer his phone. He will not text me back and he sent me to a wrong address to meet him. He is taking advantage of me and has taken money from me that I really need. I don’t want this to happen to other people.
