I booked with these guys about a month before and gave the $300 deposit for moving my car from Michigan to California. 2 cars at $2950. No one contacted me, not once, even when the pick up date was 5 days away, 2 days away. No communication at all. 5 days before pick up date, when I started calling them, they would lie to me - "give us one hr", "give us 2 hrs" and then again no communication and they would not pick up your phone that day. 2 Days before the pick up window, I started calling more frequently. They were so rude and would make me hold for 10/15 and sometimes 30 mins over the call. They would just pick up my phone and directly put me on hold without even saying hello. At times, they would pretend that they could not hear me and would hang up on me. Highly unprofessional and rude behavior. First day into the pick up day window, I really got paranoid and called them at least 10 times (all frustrated and angry). Still they would not return my call or give me any concrete information. Then on the 2nd day, again, after calling 10 times, they gave me the drivers number and said you got to pay $2650 + $300 driver tips or you cancel the order. They are rogues, they know at the last moment you have no other option. Then they called again and said we cannot deliver your car to your house, you will have to pick up your cars in LA, which is a 3.5 hrs drive from my house again. No price deductions or anything - last moment, they know (bloody rogues). I had to find another friends address and urgently talked to him to get the cars dropped off there in LA.
When I called the driver for pick up, he said it will take him another 2 days to reach and then pick up my car. Now I cannot change flight tickets for the whole family, which was planned as per their schedule. I had to again coordinate and leave my car with a friend to be picked up.
Funny part again, when they delivered, the driver or these expert car shipping guys din't call me at all. when I call them, the driver says I'll be there in LA in couple of hours. Then the driver calls me and says he is dropping my cars at some LA terminal they have and wanted me to pick it up from there. That's where again the pain started. I got really furious this time on the driver too and said to drop the cars to my friends house. Then the brokers (expert car shipping) called and were asking me to pick up my cars from that terminal. Again I had a verbal fight with them over the phone and finally they agreed to drop the cars at my friends place, which I drove again in weekend to get them back.
This has been the worst service ever I have received in my life ! And I wonder, how do these thugs are still in business ! Guess, these reviews need to surface in more places for people to know. I would never, never, never ever take their service or recommend any one to them.

The Crosscountry movers was the brokers who assigned our car to shipped by Expert Car Shipping (https://expertcarshipping.com) is a scam. I had booked to have my car shipped from ******* to ******. They quoted and signed a contract for $1250 with $350 advance. Whenever I called guy name ****, he was extremely rude. After the day of pick-up, the office called to say that the price has $1500 due to increased fuel cost etc. We immediately cancelled our order and fought to get my car back. they said it is not poissible, they insisted me to pay $1500 in order to get my car. They wait till the last day to **** up the price as most people do not have choice to pick up the shipping at the last minute. Beware of this company.

Believe these reports, do not use

Got a call a few days before my scheduled window, basically saying "yeah we were going to say that we can't take your car anymore at all, but you're actually lucky because some guy had a cancellation so if you pay $600 more dollars total, he can pick it up a day before your original window."

I had a flight booked and can't just add 2-3 days to my time off to drive my own car, so I had to take them up on it.

I don't understand what the point of a deposit and a quote was, if it doesn't guarantee pickup at all, and it also doesn't guarantee the price or timing. This company was recommended by my movers, and I'm so shocked. The caller basically kept telling me it was good news, I was lucky, and that it all had to do with demand and gas prices. But what was the point of scheduling this ahead of time? This could have ended way worse if I wasn't able to pay that amount.

Damaged Vehicle and Raised Price at Pickup

My motorcycle was delivered missing parts, and they raised the price if i wanted them to pickup my two vehicles. they were a day later than they contracted for causing a delay in my trip. refusing to reimburse me for replacing parts that were not delivered.

Booked "Confirmed" Auto Transport 2-7-22 fo 4-25-22

They took a $200 deposit and assured me that they had an auto transport ready to go to pick up my car on April 25th. On April 27th I began to panic call as I flew out at 6 am on April 28th. They had nobody to pick up my car and told me I should have had a "plan B". Luckily I did find someone that picked up my car on the 28th. I had to trust a stranger with my car keys hidden in a bush. LUCKILY, this company was reputable and delivered my car today 5-3-22. Stay away from these con artists. I think they just collect deposits, as they have no transporters.

Totally Disappointed

This company is simply horrible! I had to call multiple times to check to see if they had a driver and on the DAY OF I called yet again to find out they couldn't provide a driver. I then requested my deposit back a week ago and STILL haven't received. I was told since my card is no longer active they were going to cashapp me and STILL nothing, which I sent them a picture to guarantee that it's mine. I keep calling and getting the run around. A total disappointment! By the way, since it was so last minute about my car I had to cancel my airline ticket and myself from CA to TX.

Definitely a scam artist

I was told to place a $200.00 deposit on my upcoming move. I was given a written notice that said I would be able to cancel 7 days prior to the move. Just so happen I was not able to complete the move and it took 3 days for them to answer me and I was told there was a $50.00 cancellation fee, but it was nowhere in black and white. When I confronted Ron, he told me that he was not giving me anything back and good luck with the bank giving you anything back and then he hung up. Please people pay attention to what is going on and don't let the enemy steal your joy, family and time. You never know when you may need these things

Please do not fall for this company I was given this company‘s name by my moving company they were supposed to pick up my vehicle on December 29 of 2021 in Michigan and bring it to me in Florida they never picked up my vehicle after numerous attempts and phone calls to get a hold of them to get someone to come get my vehicle I was told that they wanted almost $500 more than my original quote of $975 if I still wanted my vehicle picked up I of course told them NO ! They went into my bank account and took another hundred dollars out without my permission as of now they owe me $350 the hundred that they took out without my permission and then the $250 deposit that I put down with Ronnie on November 17 of 2021 these men are nothing but a bunch of scam artists! They instruct you on what date to call to see when your vehicle will be picked up when you call at that specific time and date they then tell you to call back tomorrow then they tell you to call back the next day then they finally just don’t even come and pick up your vehicle I had pay someone else to drive my vehicle down then I also had to incur a $500 rental car fee because my vehicle was still up in Michigan and I had to fly down to Florida I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well and to my bank.

Ronnie and his company Expert Auto Transport are Running a scam. He also have more names for his company contact numbers 855-685-2888 , 888-259-9630 818-679-3366. We paid a deposit to Ronnie(Expert Auto Transport) of $200 for auto transport from NJ to WA with the quote of $1050. the day of the pickup some one called and said we can only ship if I pay $1500 instead of $1050. Otherwise they have to cancel the order. I said i am not going to pay extra and why should i pay over the quotes and now they are refusing to refund my deposit.

We paid a deposit to Ronny Goury (of Expert Auto Transport and Regal Auto Transport) of $200 for auto transport from Staten Island to Los Angeles. Upon receiving a quote with terms and conditions to sign, the total price did not reflect the deposit already paid. I called an employee of Ronny's named Ray to have that reflected before I signed to make sure I would only owe $1300 upon delivery and he told me the system doesn't let him do that but he would put it in the "notes". As the note section is not a legally binding contract, I called Ronnie to try to resolve the issue. He told me "Don't worry, its all good" and rushed me off the phone.

After multiple attempts to speak to him again both calling and texting, I decided everything felt shady and opted not to sign and to not use Ronny's services. We requested a refunded deposit and after being ignored for a while, Ronnie replied on text that he wouldn't do so. We are seeking a refund of our initial deposit
