Type of a scam Identity Theft

Also scammed and near identity theft

I viewed a listing in Boulder, CO from Evernest on Zillow and gave them $95 for a rental application, along with all of my personal information. I too was asked for additional money ($250) a week later to then be considered to apply. I declined to pay. The next week someone tried to open a credit card in my name, using my SS#. This is a scam property management company, gaining huge amounts of money for each listing from all of the application and "consideration" fees. DO NOT rent from them.

The worst experience

St. Louis property management was sold to these guys back in November 2022. And the day they switched they gave us the news no heads up or anything. You cant talk to no one but, when its time to return keys a live person was reaching out to me. Both St.Louis property management and Evernest do a horrible job communicating. I'm trying to send pictures, receipts, a video walkthrough for a terrible unit that SLPM rented out and now I have to depend on a new property management to ensure I get my full deposit. I have pics and proof that the unit was a terriblebefore I moved it. House had no insulation, furnace went out multiple times because the last tenants had dogs and their hair shed in the basement causing the furnace to go out. IM WAITING EVERNEST! PS Do not remove my review again because of the transparency

Cleaning punchline? I'm not sure what that is. But the unit was thoroughly cleaned, moped, and even left some plug ins as a courtesy. No holes. Smoke free home. Free of marks, grease, stains. Pics below.

I gave keys backs on March 30. Got lawn mowed 2 days prior to giving keys back. Live in a duplex. I had my side of the yard mowed. And the backyard. You guys finally went over a month later May 5th stating I needed to cut grass. It's raining season and you want the grass cut after more than a month later after my lease ended? 3/31? No. Your responsibility once I gave keys

Painting the whole unit because you feel it's necessary to get a new look? It's free of holes smoke free. I was given a unit that had fault doors. ( you guys tried to puddy the locks insteading of investing in new doors. All the wood is rotted and painting it is putting a bandaid on issues. I had no baseboards causing mice, ants, spiders and cold and hot winds to drift in. I asked yall to fix that and yall said no! So it's further proof this unit was not up to code before I moved in.

I also want to point out. The unit STLPM rented out in the pictures with the watermark had black and white diamond tile in kitchen and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. I had a kitchen with dark wood floors and a room without a ceiling fan, no wall insulation, and not ventilation. You guys don't even have valid proof of what my unit looked line when given to me.

Yall are a scam. And I will get this situation rectified legally.

I went on Zillow to rent a house. The address is 1412 S Saint Louis Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The company is a fake company claiming to be a national property management company called Evernest who recently took over for Tulsa Property Management. I went to the house and did a viewing on my own, there was no one there to show me the home. I got into the house with a key they provided when I sent them a code from a lock box. I did the application for the house and went through their process and paid a $50 application fee. I got approved and they tried to get me to pay $2000 without giving me a lease. I went to their office to get a lease and there was a woman there in street clothing claiming to access the entire system off her phone. There were no computer systems, and a woman on who appeared to be on drugs sitting there with a baby. Their website is fake and they sent me a fake lease document after I showed up and demanded one. They do not answer their phones and their office is filled with a fake set up. They are actively stealing peoples information and I am concerned about what they are going to do with my information I have given them already. I really need someone to investigate this immediately because a large number of people are being scammed. Please call me if you need further information, I really would like to speak with someone about this matter.
