Mr.Jonathan Abbinante with Realty Growth Investors (supposedly a UTAH Corp) hounded us about our Mayan timeshare (Jonathan Abbinante stating NO up-front money, offered $36,989) Then we were required to pay $5775.00 to Mayan for release of property and $4058.78 for registering us as a required Mexican Foreign Investor. Funds were sent to Mexico where their "attorney" was handling things on that end. Receipts indicate Robles Gonzalez & Asociados. All funds were to be reimbursed to us at closing. The company in New Jersey, Escrow Accounts Services, LLC (EASLLC), very much involved in this scam, doing most of the work and supposedly holding the funds in escrow. We actually had a pin number where we could see the "non-refundable escrow funds from the buyer to us". They are registered with the NJ Secretary of State. There where many threatening calls from them when we tried to back out of the "contract".

I'm the real Jonathan Abbinante. I filled a complaint with the real estate division in Utah because a person there
has been using my name fraudulently. My name is not registered in the state of Utah for being licensed to preform time share sales there. I own a realty brokerage in Las Vegas NV. I have never sold time shares. I have
been selling residential real estate in greater Las Vegas since 1997. I have received a couple calls from concerned people regarding time share sales and how they were scammed. I don't appreciate how the state of Utah never got back to me regarding my written complaint. Please ask the person using my name to share a text copy of their drivers license and real estate license before doing business with this imposter thank you! My number 702-327-8340
