6th November 2020 sent email to Melissa Cox asking that the status of my order is (Due to Covid 19 I thought there was a delay as it was coming from Chine, so I was patient) 9th November Melissa Cox replied saying she could not find anything, could I send a tracking number, did that, then asked for email address that I sent the order through, did that. 9th December 2020 I sent another email, what's going on with my order Melissa replied Can't find the order under this email, are you sure this is the right one. The same email has been going back and forth regularly until now 22nd March 2021. I ordered, I paid for, I didn't get. Fraud Fraud Fraud big time!

Terrible experience do not buy from this company they also appear as Vivianer! The picture they show on their website is not anything like the item that you receive. Items come from China and are terrible quality! Arrived damaged late and terrible overall quality. I opened a dispute with PayPal and they did not back me up and resolve the issue with the seller. Terrible terrible terrible customer service!

I ordered the Climbing Santa and received a piece of cheap junk nothing like the video advertised. I returned it to the address on the box with a note saying I want a refund. The box came back is undeliverable, refused. I finally found the video again and was able to email the company and now they're responding with blaming the supplier. The item cost me $36 and they're offering me $2, $3 and now they're offering me a $4 refund. They said in order for me to get a full refund I would have to ship my item back to them for $30. So they're not going to give me a refund. I finally contacted PayPal after trying to reason with thes3 people to give me my money back and I'm waiting for them to respond to PayPal. Although, PayPal is just as bad not admitting when people are running scams on other customers. PayPal May insist that I return the item to the seller and pay the $30 shipping in order to get my $36 back. If anyone wants the email address just let me know.

Definitely a scam! The same exact thing happened to me. I opened a dispute with PayPal and they're telling me that I can return the items for a refund fully knowing that the cost of the return to China is $50 when I only paid $53.20. and absolute scam!

I ordered the Talking Pumpkins. I recieved them in two different boxes, brown plain boxes not even in the box it shows on the website. one was damaged. This was the Product Description: Halloween Talking Animated Pumpkin with Built-In Projector . What a joke. I've tried to contact them though the email in my invoice and it takes me to a store/web builder page. Very disappointed I was so exitced to have these pumpkins.

I bought 2 of the plaid ribbon wreaths for nearly $60. Received them today. Both look like a preschooler made them. Not made with bows, just a strip of fabric here and there. A copy printed on cardstock of the truck and wreath is not even 11 inches. So so disgusted. Would send back but shipping is toooooo expensive

I ordered the same ornament and it took 2 months to get to me. The company is in China. When I finally received the ornament it was broken. I contacted the company snd they told me to glue it. I filed a claim with PayPal and their resolution is for me to pay to send it back and then they’ll issue me a refund. Total bull!

I ordered a wood burning kit. I specifically ordered one wired for use in North America. They sent me one wired for Europe, so a different plug and for 220 volts vs the 110volts where I live. Clearly their mistake. They offered me a 20% refund and told me that I could keep the product. The product is totally useless in Canada! They will give me a refund if I return the product to China and submit the tracking information. To return it would cost more than the purchase price of the item. So they make the mistake and the financial burden is on me to fix the problem. GRRRR. Never again will I ever order anything from these scammers.

I ordered two separate items in August from this company via my PayPal account. Er Trading Company sent proof of delivery but I DID NOT receive either item! I tried contacting them via their contact us link from their email but It would not go through. Very frustrating.

I advise NEVER buy ANYTHING from this company.
