I have been entering the Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes and fallowing all the additional methods they state to gain further entries. It is threw these other entries that this "shipping" organization states that I must pay a shipping fee to insure that I receive my winnings. I stated directly to them threw email response that it sounded like a scam and they proceeded threw fallowing emails to "answer" all of my questions and worries. They even gave me a 50% discount to try and get me to send money faster supposedly working with me. I saved all the respective emails and contacted the ScamPulse.com because I think that the organization in question is wrong. I should not have to pay a thing if I am truly winning any check. They stated that the "shipping" fees were for insuring the check got to me and they were contacted by PCH to insure that I received this money safely.
