I ordered a two step Christmas tree and I never received the product. I tried to reach out to them several times they never responded. They charged my credit card and I still don’t have a Christmas tree or a resolution. I reported it to the credit card and they are investigating fraud after this experience I did a little research on the company and they received one star on most of the reviews and people never receive their products. I fell victim of this scam. I did do more research and the company is a scam in my experience. You can always reach a company to check your order or get order details you can’t with this company very bad experience and as of now, I’m out over $317
