I purchased a pair of shoes online that are shown to have a wood platform and leather straps. What I received is so far from what I was shown - the 'wood platform' is literally brown rubber. The leather straps are plastic. The stitching and buckle are cheap knock-offs and don't look like what I ordered. I attempted to contact them for a refund because of their 100% satisfaction guarantee but they refuse to send a prepaid shipping label. I sent photos showing that I was deceived and the burden should not be on me to ship these shoes back to China to get the refund but they refuse. I've contacted my credit card company.

I ordered 2 dresses on Pinterest. The items were advertised for women over 60. The picture showed a stylish dress worthy of daily or dress-up. It took more than 9 days to arrive. When I received the clothing, I noticed it was shipped from China. The items were inferior quality and did not fit (miss sized). The fabric was of the cheapest quality I have seen in a long time. The fit is probably good for oriental women, certainly not USA. The advertisement is supposedly sponsored by Emma and Jack of Boston, the return information is definitely not correct. One also needs to spend $20.00 on shipping with no guarantee of a refund. It's a sad situation that this type of scam exist.

This website has false information about a non-existent storefront. Their website pages are full of fake information and AI- generated photos. I ordered clothes from a storefront advertised as being located in Boston. I tracked my shipments from the order from China. Everything on the website about the company’s business is fabricated.
