I ordered several sports headbands from this place and what I received was nothing even close to what was pictured. What I receive we’re some cheap and flimsy pieces of crap. What I received was different colors then what I ordered and a completely different style and material. They robbed me of $75. I tried to contact the company directly, to no avail. There is a sharp language barrier and was not able to get any one at all who could speak with me about the issue. I paid through PayPal expecting to get support but for whatever reason with this pandemic I think they’re overwhelmed and they don’t take the time to follow up with businesses. PayPal is too hard to reach a representative now to help with this claim. So I guess these thieves have won. Buyer beware.

I got the product on the website Elsa cares when I looked at my bank app the money went to maikaisima. I called bank cancelled card. I guess I got lucky. You have to watch and double check everything on the internet. Even than you never know. The internet allows these crooks to hide in plain sight.
