I needed my auto shipped cross country & went to their web site. Made a deposit of $100 PAID w/confirmation a week before pick up date with a delivery date a week after. No car to date. I called & ren stimpy said he tried to call ( no record of his call to me NOR a voice mail, you would think. ) No apology, no ‘we are on it’, just a lackadaisical attitude, so I asked for a refund. He laughed they don’t do refunds. They are FRAUDS.

This business promised to move my car after taking a deposit and never showed up on the scheduled day. They would not provide a new time/date after I insisted on an answer. Instead they canceled on me and charged me a “cancellation fee” on the credit card I used for the “deposit” even though I did not initiate the cancellation. They will not respond or refund this unauthorized charge.
