I received an email from OG&E for a free a/c tune up. I registered and Edmond to Norman Heat and Air showed up to do the tune up. The guy spent half a day "working" on the a/c. When he left, it made a terrible noise. A couple of days later, the entire unit stopped working. I called another company to check the a/c and the capacitor that the first guy allegedly installed was wired incorrectly and it has burned up my unit. I am now out $10,000 and no one responds at that phone number. OG&E says they have no such program, but when I called a phone from the email, she sent me to the OG&E website and there it is.
