Century Link referred me to this company, Ebiz Connects LLC, to fix a computer problem. But Century Link has no record of my calling them and does not recognize this company. They don't know why one of their employees would have referred me to Ebiz Connects, since Century Link has it's own tech support area. Tech support at Century Link says that this was a scam company. This company, Ebiz Connects, gets remote access and then resets my wireless password. They can then access my computer whenever they want to. Century Link reset my wireless remote access, so Ebiz Connects should not be able to access my computer. Century Link advised me not to pay the bill from Ebiz Connects LLC of $299.00.
