I received this notice on my Ebay account: You're pre-approved for $1688 in financing with Ebay Seller Capital. So I sign all the documents, attached my bank account and received an email 3/17:

Dear DAROL,

You’re almost there! Your outstanding contract was signed successfully.

We will complete a few final checks and send you a contract with our signature.

THen this email 3/18:

Unfortunately, our underwriting team is unable to approve your application at this time due to concerns about affordability. Advancing funds now wouldn't be responsible. We encourage you to reapply in 3 months once some of the current outstanding debt has been cleared.

Thank you for considering Liberis.

I HAVE NO OUTSTANDING DEBT WITH THESE PEOPLE. (reapply in 3 months once some of the current outstanding debt has been cleared.)

And I have been falsely lead to think I was going to get funding.

I am also concerned knowing I attached my bank account with these people.

Seller on Ebay advertised a used Pioneer sx-3600 as "clean and tested", powers on and works. Product received does not power on and will not work. Asked seller for return and he refused. Escalated to Ebay who will no even respond. Left feedback of seller on Ebay warning others to be careful purchasing because he sent me a broken receiver and refuses returns and EBAY DELETED THE FEEDBACK after only one day (so the seller now has 100% positive feedback...no telling how many times negative feedback has been deleted).

The two projectors we ordered did not arrive on 12/26/24 as promised. The provided tracking showed no changes since 12/16/24. We messaged both sellers via Ebay Contact Seller function and received replies 1-2 days later. Both Sellers advised they would need 4-6 additional days to deliver due to US Customs. We advised them that we understood and looked forward to receiving the projectors.

On 1/1/25, we received emails advising that the projectors had been delivered. They were not delivered to our home. We are home all day, every day. Tracking on one package showed delivered to individual and the second package showed delivery to a parcel locker. We live in a single-family home, not a complex. There are no parcel lockers.

On 1/2/25 we called and spoke to USPS Customer Service. The agent advised us that the two packages we were expecting, were sent to two different addresses (not our home address) in our town and both weighed only 1 oz. The Projector weight is 9.5kg. Therefore, obvious intended fraud accomplished via Tracking Number Fraud.

All this information was also reported to Ebay and they stated the packages were delivered so we were not eligible for a refund. The fact that two fake 1 oz packages were delivered to random area addresses instead of two projectors, each weighing 9.5 kg, being delivered to my home apparently isn't important to Ebay. Tracking numbers were supplied to us when we placed the orders and then were totally different on 1/1/25. Tracking Number Fraud is a well-documented internet issue that Ebay chooses not to deal with. A USPS Letter Carrier suggested to me to only order items from sellers that use UPS or Fedex. Total financial loss was $1573.04

The seller listed a red Fender Talon III guitar for sale and I paid by Paypal. I instructed seller NOT to send signature required to avoid a failed signature and it is not required by eBay for under $1000 items. I instructed prior to shipping also NOT to use FedEx as they will return it. The Fedex does that and in this case marked the address as a closed business. My delivery address is a residence in a private subdivision that has no commercial or other businesses. eBay blocked all access to the shipping data for my personal account.

But after loosing the original case and two apeals and seeing the same item up for sale since the returned date of March 11, 2024 (6 days after it was shipped from Garland, TX to Crivitz, WI) in November of 2024 I was able to go to a friend and get the tracking data directly from FedEx. The picture is lost or too old and no address is available. The Seller signed the return as B. GARRETTON. I have no way to file a claim in small claims without an address and the proper name of the seller. Ebay user billyg115 eBay order 15011365-28360. Now 30 days has passed since I noticed my guiitar is for sale by the fraudulant seller who never returned my money and after that time eBay does not accept any cases for the item that is being fraudulant or has already been bought and was not delivered. Can anyone help me with this injustice?

Fedex also is falsly returning items and has done this now at my address for 5 years. It is a Union driver's shop somewhere near Eagle River, WI. and the drivers want to trespass 300 feet in order to get an upcharge because the driver of the truck has to climb a step (1) and thus is under orders to take advantage of all such opportunities, no matter what signage or instructions from the property owner that the Union driver

(Maybe Teamsters Union? ) encounters. In Wisconsin this is typical of the low level of ethics of any and all Union employees since World War II ended.

Purchased what I believed to be a solid 14k gold chain with pendant. After a few days the chain gave me an allergic reaction across my neck. Had the chain tested on two different occasions and both tests concluded that the chain was fake. Only the lobster clasp lock was real gold.

I purchased makeup for $30 but have not received it and the seller is ignoring my messages. I reported the incident to eBay

- San Francisco, CA, USA

I purchased four Wyze Cams, but I only received one instead of the four I ordered. ShopNok refuses to acknowledge this mistake. Having three items missing is a significant issue for me. While I could tolerate one missing item, having three missing is unacceptable. Be cautious when ordering more than two quantities, as ShopNok will only deliver one quantity. Positive reviews for ShopNok are likely from customers who ordered only one quantity. ShopNok takes advantage of customers and keeps their money when more than one quantity is ordered. Unfortunately, experiences like this make me hesitant to make online purchases. It's disheartening to feel taken advantage of in situations like this.

I received an email with an attached invoice from supposedly PayPal for an iPhone 14 Pro Max 256gb for $550.89 on Feb 13th 2024. Order # K5BC3I-7F-NI4A….Shipping to an individual in Valdosta, GA 31601. I checked my PayPal account and recent activity. There was no activity since late January 24th. Plus my bank and debit card are not currently linked with my PayPal account. The number on the invoice is 1-805-288-7430.

Nicholson was interested in a watch I v had listed on eBay. However he chose to continue our conversation and payment from messages and not through the eBay messages. After, he stated that he wanted a $400 apple gift card with the watch. Then I received a gmail from [email protected] that said I had to send a picture of the gift card with its receipt. Both pictures were sent to the gmail and then

[email protected] said l needed to send the buyer $600

because they charged him double. I had not received the $1,300 dollars and had to give him the $600 from my bank account. Half of it was sent to Diana through PayPal and the rest was from my mothers Apple Cash which is linked to her bank account. Come to find out they withdrew $600 from my mom and not $300 (we didn't find that out until later though). Later the gmail asked me to pick up a $200 ebay gift card which would be give to me plus the $1,300. Again I had to pay the $200 out of my bank account. However I got the $200 on two separate cards and I was supposed to get it on 1 card. Therefore I had to get another $200 eBay gift card and email the pictures to the gmail. Now around this time Nicholson stopped replying to me and I realized I was blocked from texting or calling. This is also when I realized I had been scammed. The email is now asking for $400 apple gift card to seal the deal and give me my money; which I will not send.

I was diagnosed with AMD in my left eye. After doing research online to see if there was anything that could help I ran across an AD for these AMD drops. I purchased these eye drops on eBay because that is where the link took me. After using for over 3 months I see no results at all and that was confirmed by two Prominent eye doctors here in Orlando. After doing further research I see there is little to no testing or clinical results on any of their products. I contacted the company after I ordered asking questions on what I should expect from their AMD drops and got lip service and didn't get any answers but they offered to send me a free box of drops because I complained how expensive they were. I sent a note to the company complaining that I was seeing no results after over 3 months but the never responded. It appears that these drops are nothing more then modern day Snake oil ans they are scamming people all over the world. Since it was long past the ebay return or refund 14 day window they are no help at all. The only research I can find at all is a British News channel that had a few people try their Glaucoma drops and they claimed they worked. That seems to be their biggest claim and now I have my doubts how valid they are? I'm amazed that can be sold here in the US and on eBay. It would seem that the FDA would have some sort of oversight of this type of shady product involving peoples eyes. How would they do a recall like all of the recent tainted eye drops? I hope that your agency will take this serious and forward it to the FDA for further review.

1-2023 I saw a car for sale on Facebook they referred me to Ebay Motors. They gave me an ID# 45745890876345. I was trying to buy a truck through Facebook for $800. I sent $800 Ebay Motors to Felicia Clayton by way of 4 gift cards for $200 each. her email was: [email protected]. She asked for the card #'s by email via Ebay motors. They told me I had to pay insurance for delivery of $800.through Ebay Motors I made monthly payments to them. I kept trying to get a hold of Ebay Motors 866-961-9253 but couldn't get a hold of them. I finally got a hold of Peter Wilson a week ago. He gave me a case ID# 10022011997. & his email address: [email protected]

he gave me 2 ph#'s for him 831-420-8969 & 805-849-2256. 7-27-23 he wanted me to buy 3 Target gifts cards of $498.00 each. He wanted the gift card #'s & I did not buy them. I told him I didn't have the money. He said, " Well take your time & I will call you back Wed 8-2". He lowered the card price to now $ 1028 & told me I would be getting back $3084. for what I had already paid.

I dont know how to say it but they wont refund me and im speaking to a ******* BOT

Seller sends a wrong item and then sends a return label. When delivered states that it was not received and refunds a partial amount keeping the rest

I bought a $689 Astro from eBay that I never received I called eBay four times in total they are still not trying refund my money

Was tricked into playing this "Wheel of Fortune" prize drawing sweepstakes game which I caught sight of while web-surfing on eBay,and after 3 spins on the prize selection wheel,I was informed that I had won an Apple Ipad Pro which I would only be required to pay for the shipping & handling charge of just under $10.00. Couldn't get my debit credit union card to go through with carrying out the transaction(thank GOD)and immediately called my credit union fraud dept. # to find out why,and then they rectified the situation by shutting down the card & urged me to inform my financial institution the next business day in order for me to at least get a new card issued,in order to prevent further incident.

They intend to send part of the order and charge for the whole order then make it imposable to get a refund and they are using a very close image of your bbb logo on his web sight

Ordered product on eBay. It didn’t arrive on time. I’ve been trying to return and get refund. I called a number for eBay support and was on call almost an hour. They wanted me to download helpdesk app - what’s concerning is they had all the information from my order. I was suspicious but they had that info so thought it was legit. I hung up- they tried calling back several times. Also sent the text attached

They advertised a mobility scooter for 70 dollars and I paid for it but never got it

I have advanced listing fees never used that service and refuse to pay it. Would like you to take it off my account. This is the second time.

Thank you

I tried selling a used laptop on ebay and this scammer is trying to scam me.

He bidded on my item and trying to make me part with my notebook.

Most likely he is using the switch method, once he got your laptop he replaces it with a old one send back the old and damaged one for a new one.All he has to do is claim item does not fit description and he wins.He got his new laptop and his money back.

I run a check based on his address on paypal.

Fake name, fake address, fake telephone number.

Don believe me ...you run a check see for yourself.

Motti Morell

+972 0523040333

65 Yigal Alon st.

floor 2

Tel Aviv 6744316

Israel

Noticed that he gives incomplete address.

this is a toyota building tower 1.He intentionally left it out.

He places level 2, he don't even have a unit no, his company actually covers the entire 2nd floor.

I don't know for you man, if this is in singapore the monthly rental would be at least in the 50k-60k range monthly.

What is funny is he bids on a 2nd hand laptop, not only that i told him not to bid as my shipping cost quoted does not cover his area, which he ignores anyway and bids on it after i told him not to and he threatens to leave bad reviews if i don't send it.

Ask yourself this question, why would a company CEO wanted to cheat a honest newbie seller with zero sales record out of a few miserable shipping dollars.

2nd point - his name Motti Morell

this is his linkedin profile

https://il.linkedin.com/pub/moti-morell/14/280/604

He is a CEO of a big company called Morell Ltd. If You run a check on it on google it comes up nothing.

I don't know if you mention SEO in your profile as skill set and i can't find your company on google, that is serious red flag.

His "company" actually covers the entire 2nd floor in a high end toyota building.

I don't know.... something is telling me this guy is not right.

I questioned his moral based on his actions.

My guess is this guy is using a fake account to drive the competition away, i don't know why he pick me, most likely i'm a easy prey with zero sales record and don't know the country exclusions stuff.

Frankly, i am dissapointed at ebay for siding a shady character in this.I know there is zero protection for sellers right now, so i removed my listing.

End result = zero sales

Who wins in the end -

Ebay wins and paypal wins,

Newbie seller lose

Shady buyer nothing to lose laughing at newbie right now.

I have attached the whole scam thing on screenshot, right now Ebay has siding towards the scammer and asked me to sent this scammer my notebook right now.Which i refused of course.

Noticed how this scammer pressurized me into sending my notebook to him threatening to leave bad review, which i don't give a damn as i'm mostly a buyer.

I got a hunch he got a mole working in ebay and he is doing this everyday.

This guy or team could be raking in 15k to 20k monthly with zero exposure in the market.

All he has to do is to complain, and play "Mr innocent good buyer"

Ebay don give a [censored] they are being paid to play dumb and blind.

Who is paying for this?? The naive seller of course.

It seems this scam thing has been pretty common on the internet.

I'm not the only one suffering from this

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mTVKRD2xOOQ

This is truly an eye opener lesson.

I wonder which is worst ???

The one who is scamming or the one profiting huge with his eyes closed...You tell me.

I'm from singapore, kindly ignored the address part as i can't fill it in without a usa zip code.

Please email me for the rest of the pictures.

This case is being closed which could be the result of his mole.

Best regards,

Newbie Victimized Seller
