I contacted the company as soon as I ordered the product (1 bottle) because I saw that I was being charged for 5 bottles instead of the one. I was told to go ahead and try the Keto and if I was not satisfied they would refund my total cost. After taking for 2 months and no results I tried to contact the company. Needless to say there was no answer and a message of an email account that you can understand to contact. I was charged $279.84.

My experience similar to everyone else's...was overcharged, sent box back unopened to the Denver address. Can reach no one by phone or email. What a scam. These people need to be shut down.

I ordered the Keto diet pills they charged me $80 for the supplements and $199 for the Keto pills. They actually sent them, I took them for a week and went into kidney failure. Not a good sign, requested a return, they sent me all the return information. I mailed it all back to them, with all the information they require for a refund. They stopped replying the day they received their products back. I’ve sent over 20 emails, not one response. Look elsewhere , this company is just praying on the desperate need of people to loose weight!

I ordered 5 bottle for $40 each (advertising looked like $40 total). They were very responsive early on by email when I told them of my mistake, and assured me I could rerun any unused portion for a full refund. I returned 4 unopened bottles and one mostly full bottle. I tracked the return shipment and it was received 7 weeks ago. I have written a couple of times with the tracking information asking when I will receive my $200 refund. No response.

They don’t answer there phone they didn’t sent what I ordered. I can’t get in touch with them they say go to care and wellness.com. That website says it is for sell. Can not contact them. Can’t contact chase visa to dispute due to corona. Definitely a scam

I too have fallen for this scam. It was advertised on Facebook. 5 bottles Ketonow 1/2 price free shipping billed my account 199.99 plus $5.99 foreign free and 4 bottles (2)turmeric (1) garçonia, (1) green coffee cleanse $80.00 plus $2.40 foreign fee. I ordered the 5 bottles with free overnight shipping the confirmation said $39.99 ea and $20.00 ea I knew something didn’t seem right. I ordered on 4-22-20. Sent an email 3 weeks later received 4-8-20 invoice has no company information and no return information I tried to call the number from the keto website. You’re on hold forever, than they disconnect the call. The only way to contact them is by email. They aren’t responding. The address on the package is a fictitious address

This company inflated my order and overcharged me by $160. I ordered 1 bottle of their product for $39.99. They charged me for 5 bottles a total of $199.99. I saw the charge on my bank account and tried to contact the company 5 times before the product was shipped. 4 times I sent an email requesting to cancel my order and 1 time I called their 877 # and received a recording to email any inquiries to the email address I sent 4 emails too. On their receipt it does not state their address or business name only the name that will appear on my receipt. I received an email after the product shipped stating I ordered 5 bottles (according to their records). Pure scamming involved. Once this company received my credit card number they inflated my order by 5 times and over charged me $160.
