I ordered a dinosaur pop up book for my grandson's birthday in February 2025. I looked up tracking for it and tracking says it was delivered to my mailbox on February 27. I never received the book. I emailed "customer service" and got a response that they would check on it. They say tracking shows it to delivered. I asked for either a reshipment of the book or a refund. They say they will check with the delivery service. I'm sure I will never see the book or my money back. I am so tired of these scammers online. I see things on facebook and really trust that I will get what I order and these people just want to steal from you. From now on, if they don't have Paypal as a pay source, I will never pay with my debit/credit card again. At least with Paypal I can get a refund if I never receive my product.

Ordered 3 pop up books for my little one. Got an email saying I would be notified when it is shipped. Never received a shipping confirmation email. Finally went back and looked at the email and went to the tracking site. It says it was delivered (Tracking site was iffy, did not want to click the link). Then, I reached back out to the shipper and said it was never delivered. They replied that they would reach out to the shipper and respond back in a few days. 10 days passed, I emailed the person back and they responded the next day saying it was delivered (I have a camera on my porch). And that it was probably stolen and they would refund me 30%.
