DXRIDER, LLC accepted full payment from me on July 21, 2025, for a 2023 BMW S1000RR motorcycle but never delivered the certificate of title. The invoice shows the balance as paid in full, yet despite repeated communication, the dealer has not provided title or a refund. More than six months have passed since payment was completed, and the issue remains unresolved. This transaction left me without lawful ownership of the motorcycle after full payment.
