I ordered merchandise off of her Facebook Boutique group. I originally ordered 3 dresses in May 2024 & never received one of the dresses. After sending multiple emails, she finally agreed to give me a “store credit”; as per store policy, she doesn’t allow refunds. A week later, I decided to order a few more things to use my store credit. Once again, after not receiving my items, I emailed her multiple times. Her excuse was always that they were “preorder” so she was waiting for them to come to her - but her Facebook posts said otherwise, “ready to ship items”. I finally got in contact with her again & she gave me another store credit. I tried to order other things in hopes that I could utilize the store credit so I wasn’t out of $100. I commented on multiple “ready to ship” items with no response back. At this point I decided I wasn’t going to get to use my store credit, as she wasn’t answering my emails which was the only form of communication that she had. Her excuse was that she was always behind on emails… “it’s hard running a business by yourself”… “I possibly have a tumor & have been really sick”… “I’m a woman of integrity, I’m just behind on orders. I’d never steal anyone’s money”. As a last ditch effort to use my store credit, I decided to try to order a baby clothing item off of one of the threads. She actually followed through with sending me an invoice for the item. I asked for pickup - she told me my order was ready, went on my lunch break to pick it up & it wasn’t out in the plastic bin on her front porch. I had to message her & ask about the pickup status - she finally messaged back a week later & said it was ready. I went out there & my package was there. At this point, I decided I wasn’t fully getting scammed, as I finally received a $8 on sale sweater. I decided to comment & try to use the rest of my store credit on 3 other baby clothing items. The next week, someone posted a Facebook post about their experience with the boutique. Hundreds of other women commented on there talking about how they’d been scammed also. Once all of this was out there, ****** deactivated her personal account & paused the boutique group page for over a week. Once again, the only way you could get in contact with her was through email. At this point, I knew I wasn’t going to get to use my store credit. I emailed her & demanded a full refund - she sent me a screenshot of my refund going back to my card. Clearly the screenshot was fake, as I never received the refund. At the end of last year, before all of this had surfaced on the internet, she made a Facebook post about how she’d “made over half a million in sales for the year because of her great customers” - yeah, because she’s scammed hundreds of people out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. She has now deactivated her personal account & paused the group again. There is no way to get in contact with her other than that one email address, which she won’t answer.
