Ordered a personalized branding tool for my husband. Long time to ship but once it arrived it was missing the heating element (rendering it unusable). I also never received any confirmation email/receipt of purchase nor was there any paperwork in the shipment itself. I emailed customer service MULTIPLE TIMES, then tried messages on facebook/Instagram, left some comments, and still received no response. At this point I am resigned to the fact that I spent over $100 on a scam, but I wanted others to be forewarned. Can provide photos of my item (in the shipped bag) and all contact attempts, as well as credit card charge, if needed.
