This website claims to sell, and takes payment for orders of, custom colored Apple AirPods. The company claims that since each pair are custom made, it takes several weeks to ship. However, as dozens of people have complained in various forums, the company NEVER ACTUALLY SENDS the product. The website looks very convincing, with a return policy and a customer service number. There is even an email confirmation sent after placing an order. However, no one answers the customer service number and no one replies to emails sent to the company.

I placed my order on 21 Aug 2018 and here we are in mid October and I still haven't received my airpods. There is no telephone number to reach out to customer service. I've emailed the company several times and the response that I get always is "Hi, ** UPDATE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT **Thanks for reaching out! Sorry for the late update, Thank you so much for your patience, we were extremely backed up. It will take 2-3 weeks for order to be shipped. Thank you for your patience." I want warn others not to order from this website. As I see from the ScamPulse.com website that I'm not the only person who was scammed by this company.
