I had previously purchased from this company. I didn't like the product and had a hard time canceling my "subscription". Several months later I saw another ad and told them that if I could make a one-time purchase, I would. I made the purchase and several months later they notified me that "my order was being processed". I replied, "No, I don't want it and won't pay for it". They replied that they would cancel my "subscription", but since the order was already being processed, they would not cancel it.

I have since disputed the charge with my bank and used the return shipping label they finally provided to ship the product back to them. This is, in my opinion, a really shady way to do business and if I hadn't spent hours sending emails, talking to my bank, etc., I would just be out $55 for a product I NEVER ORDERED.
