In June/July of 2024, I hired NAME and his two partners from this business to do some remodeling work in my bathrooms to the tune of $11000. The work was of absolutely terrible quality, and resulted in me having to spend $2000 more to fix serious plumbing issues they caused. NAME stated that he would come back and fix the problems as well as reimburse me some money, but he never did either. He ghosted me at the end of July. I filed a ScamPulse.com complaint but it was closed as unresolved because NAME repeatedly lied about one thing or another, i.e. saying I did not want him back here, claiming I had his number blocked, etc. Basically just trying to cover himself, but I know the truth. The job was done wrong from the start and Mr. Drew is not a man of his word. Do NOT hire this man! He frequently posts on social media in home improvement project/local business related groups, saying he's licensed and insured, has an A rating from BBB, blah blah blah. But he has truly mastered the art of the con. Again, for your own sanity, do NOT hire this man for your home repair projects.
