Purchased 2 dresses April 6, 2026. Never received them. Several emails from them promising to look into the issue.

- Los Angeles, CA, USA • Jul 21, 2026

I ordered a dress on the website Donna's Dresses and received a few emails confirming the order and shipment. But when I tried to track the shipment, it said the order#16531 and tracking #YT2619900706000742 are invalid. The phone number provided by the website (307) 430-1125 is unreachable. I guess the address is a mailbox.

I paid via my Visa credit card.

Now I will have to try to get my money back, request a new credit card, and go through all my autopay setups to change the card number. It's extremely stressful and upsetting. Please stop it by reporting it to law enforcement. Thank you.

Donna's Dresses bills itself as a small boutique dedicated to women who value comfort, quality and timeless style. They have beautiful photos of high-quality dresses online. Once a purchase is made, they take nearly a full month to get the product to the consumer, and then the quality is extremely poor (think completely transparent dresses). Once you reach out to their support line, they ghost you, then offer you a 10% credit if you return the items and pay for international shipping costs - this is a known scam. Their return policy is 30 days after receiving the items for a full refund. This is a well-documented, total scam, and they function under a number of names including GoldenPaws Boston, Donna's Dresses, Frugaze, Mary & Linda Nashville, The Hyper Run, Selena Rose and Gallerycomplex LLC.

Similar to the other reviews. I was disappointed with the quality of the products and was told I had 30 days to return them. I reached out to the email on their website to return the items and they kept on stringing me along trying to entice me to keep the items by giving me 10% discounts. It has been several weeks and I still have not received an address to send the items back. The phone number for customer service is Yellowstone National Park. Beware they are advertising on Facebook and other social media platforms.

I purchased what was advertised as an elegant pantsuit, but instead I received one of the ugliest dresses I have ever seen. I immediately attempted to contact the company to request a refund by emailing [email protected], but the email address is not valid. I then tried calling 307-430-1125 and that number is also not working. This experience has led me to believe that this company is operating fraudulently. They appear to be using invalid contact information, making it impossible for customers to obtain support or refunds. I suspect the company is based overseas and is misleading consumers through deceptive business practices. I am requesting an immediate refund and will be filing a complaint with my credit card company and the appropriate consumer protection agencies if this matter is not resolved promptly.

See trustpilot review for details but basically they purport to be a US company in Charleston but products come from China to a guy in CA. Ordered velvet dress and another of "high quality material" and polyester arrived. Shipping cannot be tracked and company tells you to be patient. Repeatedly, told to refund order because 1st they could not tell me when it would arrive and then 2nd - allergy to material. Refuse to provide a return address. Then offer a 10% refund and customer pays shipping. Again explained their dishonesty caused problem and they needed to pay shipping. You tell them you want a refund and shipping address and they say, when you decide how you want to resolve the matter to let them know.

The dresses ordered were 2 to 3 too small and when I requested returning for 100% refund, I was threatened that the costs to return to China would be outrageous and they would give me a 15% discount, about 7 or 8 emails were sent and they reduced the discount to 50% off. I finally contacted my credit card company to dispute. A week or so later I was sent an address to send to China. NO receipt was enclosed in the package with account information and I was emailed a form that they wanted me to fill in my credit card account number. I then got a warning from my anti-virus program that I've been compromised in the dark web. I am waiting on the credit card company to settle the dispute until I can close the account. SO FRUSTRATING!

They signed every inquiry from me with the name, Donna. They answered my inquiries about shipping, about being very, very sorry. I ordered it in March and received it in June. It has a tag on it that says 'Made in China' and it is VERY cheap. The website looks like a store in Charleston with normal people and good quality photos. I am asking them to send me a return label so I can get rid of it.

https://donnasdresses.com/ is a fraudulent website. They pretend to be a California company. They charge 60+ $ for their dresses and they send you a plastic dress that's not worth $3 from China. They're based in China, not the USA. When you want to send back, they say it's too expensive, and that they can give back 10% of your money back if you want. And you can keep the plastic (100% polyester) dress. Then they disappear and ghost you. I received 0$ back for a plastic dress for which I paid $60.

It appears to be a very reputable website with women's dresses. These are the dresses I actually received. They are no where near in quality to the pictures on their website. They hang totally differently. They are quite cheaply made. The website also says shipped from UPS and in a brief amount of time. In fact, they were shipped from China and took weeks to arrive.
