See trustpilot review for details but basically they purport to be a US company in Charleston but products come from China to a guy in CA. Ordered velvet dress and another of "high quality material" and polyester arrived. Shipping cannot be tracked and company tells you to be patient. Repeatedly, told to refund order because 1st they could not tell me when it would arrive and then 2nd - allergy to material. Refuse to provide a return address. Then offer a 10% refund and customer pays shipping. Again explained their dishonesty caused problem and they needed to pay shipping. You tell them you want a refund and shipping address and they say, when you decide how you want to resolve the matter to let them know.

The dresses ordered were 2 to 3 too small and when I requested returning for 100% refund, I was threatened that the costs to return to China would be outrageous and they would give me a 15% discount, about 7 or 8 emails were sent and they reduced the discount to 50% off. I finally contacted my credit card company to dispute. A week or so later I was sent an address to send to China. NO receipt was enclosed in the package with account information and I was emailed a form that they wanted me to fill in my credit card account number. I then got a warning from my anti-virus program that I've been compromised in the dark web. I am waiting on the credit card company to settle the dispute until I can close the account. SO FRUSTRATING!

They signed every inquiry from me with the name, Donna. They answered my inquiries about shipping, about being very, very sorry. I ordered it in March and received it in June. It has a tag on it that says 'Made in China' and it is VERY cheap. The website looks like a store in Charleston with normal people and good quality photos. I am asking them to send me a return label so I can get rid of it.

https://donnasdresses.com/ is a fraudulent website. They pretend to be a California company. They charge 60+ $ for their dresses and they send you a plastic dress that's not worth $3 from China. They're based in China, not the USA. When you want to send back, they say it's too expensive, and that they can give back 10% of your money back if you want. And you can keep the plastic (100% polyester) dress. Then they disappear and ghost you. I received 0$ back for a plastic dress for which I paid $60.

It appears to be a very reputable website with women's dresses. These are the dresses I actually received. They are no where near in quality to the pictures on their website. They hang totally differently. They are quite cheaply made. The website also says shipped from UPS and in a brief amount of time. In fact, they were shipped from China and took weeks to arrive.
