After loosing 2 dogs I began a search to purchase a puppy I came across this website and they had no complaints that I could find and their website appeared reputable, via the website I emailed them for further information. In a few days Harvey got back with me and questioned me about previous ownership ect, making sure I was the right fit. He stated I could pick up the dog or pay an extra 119$ and they would deliver it via https://swiftairshippers.com/tracking/index.html, over the next few days he sent me legal papers and transfer of ownership and had me sign them and send them back once payment was received he contacted the shipment company and delivered the pup they were to keep in contact with me over the pups travels, later in the day they sent me an email stating the puppy could not be boarded without a proper kennel and the shippers did not leave the proper kennel, they sent me a choice of several to rent and promised the money would be returned on delivery. after finally getting everything fixed they shipped the dog the next morning (supposedly) I followed the tracking via their website and the dog was to arrive in Little Rock at 6:16 he was to arrive in Little Rock sometime in the afternoon the sent notice the dog was in Salt Lake city and boarding for Little Rock a while later I received a notice the dog could not go to Little Rock he did not have the required vaccines and would cost another 1300.00 for vaccines, the owner (on his website and emails) had stated his vaccines were completed AND the change in owner papers were with the pup that they also required. after telling them NO! I contacted the breeder who took forever to answer the text and finally told me he was at the shippers handling it for me to be patient, I told him the dog supposedly was in Utah and he stated he knew! that was the last I had heard from him, I believe now he was not only emailing and texting as the breeder but as the shipment company as well which also looks very legit, please do something about this man not everyone can afford to just move on! Thank you!
