I have received numerous phone calls saying: "This is James Owens from the delivery department of Document procedures and conduct regarding a sealed document that is scheduled to be delivered by an in-person agent to ##########. File number RB-######. To either your home or place of employment. If no contact is established, this will be escalated and classified as a failure to comply. All questions or concerns must be addressed with the issuing office by contacting the office directly at. 877-834-7198"

I hung up and did not call any of the numbers as I do not know who this is or what this is regarding. I also do NOT like the threatening manner in which this person tried to coerce me. It was a threat, plain and simple, to get me to comply.
