A text was sent to my phone twice from Robert Whitman saying he was a mediator and to call immediately. The same text was sent to my son's phone the next day regarding MY account. I called the number back and Lisa Cullen said I owe 38,000 on a loan and never repaid it. She told me she was hired to mediate before the lien on my social security number went to court. I told her to send the paperwork to my email. All I received was a repayment document for $822 to her company.

I don't think so, Lisa.
