Online Retailer Scam
After over a week I never received the hat. I emailed their customer service team and received an email stating they would “look into it.” I then got nervous they were a scam so I looked them up and sure enough, many people reported the same issue claiming after the initial email from their Customer Service team, which is signed with no name—the next email said their service provider said the order was delivered and signed for. I received the same message. I warned them that I did NOT sign for any package and I have NEVER had a package stollen from my home. They then said they would give me back my money. A week went by and still no money back. I emailed again and they “claim” something was wrong with the service provider and they reissued my money and if I was patient I would get it back… well it’s a week later again NO money has been returned. I have now filed with my credit card company and am here to warn you DON’T BUY from DIVALIFES
