I ordered a Brave Little Toaster enamel pin because I loved watching the movies when I was little. When I received my package in the mail, it was not the brave little toaster pin like I asked for. It was a pin of a dog. I’ve tried to contact them and let them know I really wanted the pin I purchased but I never heard back from them. I’m not trying to tell you what to do but I wouldn’t trust to buy from them again.

Bought 4 pins online, got 2 pins but not the other 2. Waited for a few weeks as I assumed a shipping issue. Discussed via email to company about missing pins. They said they would correct. Still no 2 pins after a few weeks again. Asked for a refund, no response. They have no address or phone number, only 1 email for any contact. Only 1 person named Dan ever responded and then stopped responding to me. It feels like a scam to provide only part of the order and short you and never respond so you fall out of their refund policy time range and force you to lose money.
