An email with invoice and W9 for leadership consulting and training was faked and forwarded to our company with an invoice for $ 49,502.00 and a W9 making it appear that the invoice was severely past due and needed to be paid immediately and ONLY by ACH. No phone number for contact or verification was anywhere in the email or attachments.
