Promo on Instagram advertised Hoka running shoes for $29.99. After shipping, total cost $37.98. After two weeks and no product delivery, I contacted the customer service via email and have received response with tracking information. After multiple emails, and no product, I finally contacted Dick's Sporting Goods and was notified this was a scam. The email address used to confirm the order:
