Supposedly, my sister is texting me syaing she got $32,000 grant. I called an agent who said he was from DHS. He says I won a $200,000 grant. He wants me to pay FedEx $2000 to deliver the money. He gave me a reference number. I replied saying I don;t have $2000, then he asked how much I could send. I don't want anyone to lose their savings on a scam like this.
