I made first order on December 3rd and was given tracking number that was trackable, so, I made another order on December 14th and was given another tracking number that was trackable. The site information stated that it is US-based company, but from the tracking information it was clear that the parcels were coming from China. On December 30th the tracking information stated that the first parcel was delivered, and on January 5th it stated the second parcel was delivered. I didn't get any of the parcels. When I contacted all possible carriers, they said they don't deal with tracking numbers I provided. When I called the number listed on the site, it kept dropping, it just doesn't exist, when I emailed the site asking what carrier they use when the packages arrive to US, they never replied. So, I am out of $122 and there is no way to get it back because I paid with a debit card and I don't have anything I ordered in my possession...

The website advertises clothing at discounted prices. I ordered 11 pieces of clothing, mostly sweaters and blazers. The products were to be shipped from China. They were transferred to USPS and o received a package on or around 11/05/22. The package I received, which matched the shipping number from China, was an adjustable ring. One item was sent to me that I did not order nor was expecting to receive. I have never received any other products. I am not able to contact them because the phone number listed appears to be out of order.
