I was shopping online for a portable a/c and saw one on detexuver.com for $77.99 so I went ahead and ordered it. At checkout it said beautiful life.com which I thought was weird but by then the transaction had already gone through and charged my card for $49.99 after applying a supposed 28$ discount . I was sent a email with a tracking number to track the order which after a few days or so said it was handed over to a carrier which I had no way of knowing which carrier it was . Emailed customer service and they said my order was in line to be shipped and that they would urge their warehouse to ship asap . I stated that if they cannot provide clarity as to where my order is then I would like a refund asap . I received another email which basically said thanks for contacting service. I checked the website after I saw the email, and upon checking, the website was no longer found. So, it must have been deleted and now i probably will never see my money back or the item I ordered.
