On Nov . 21, 2016 while viewing a news website, online, a pop-up ad hawking Desir Brilliance skin care products stated that by only paying shipping charges of $4.97 & $4.94 for skin cream and eye serum, these samples would be mailed out. During the purchase, at no time did it state their automatic enrollment into monthly billings for their product line which only appeared on the final screen which I printed out, but as they stated I would receive a confirmation e-mail on this purchase, which I did not. In my print-out, in very fine print below, it stated: "By submitting you consent to having read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions and after your 14 day trial period has expired being enrolled in our membership program is $89.94 plus shipping per month. You can cancel anytime by calling 888-663-0937. A confirmation e-mail has been sent to [email protected]". I have attached all pertinent information regarding this transaction, including my "Return To Sender" visa USPS using the same tracking number as shipped to me.
