I was trying to rent a car. I found this number (877 467-1606) on the web a person by name of Derrick answered the phone and said he was a representative of Enterprise Car Rental. He told me because this was a special offer I needed to get a couple pre-paid American Express Cards. I got the cards he then instructed me to take a pictures of both the back and front of each card along with the receipts. I did as I was instructed, the next day I tried contacting him to no avail. I was going on vacation so I didn’t have time to deal with the situation. Upon my return I learned that the following transactions had taken place: JNX Trading LLC 0360 Medley FL. withdrew $315.90 on 7/11/23 using card **** ****** ***** ***. WANG 98 INC of Fresh Meadows NY withdrew $183.83 using card **** ****** ***** *** on 7/12/23. ZHEKE LLC 0360 Medley FL. withdrew $249.99 using card **** ****** ***** *** on 7/12/23. A third card was involved **** ****** ***** *** however Derrick (877-467-1606/702-703-1826) did not withdraw any money from this card, *****(***** ********)who administers withdrew a $6.95 fee. They withdrew this fee even though I was not a member of their organization. I have since joined their organization in an effort to try and get my money back. I have been trying to get ***** to help but to no avail.
