I contacted them to purchase a Teacup Yorkie. I asked them how much the whole process would cost me. They told me 650.00 dollars and I agree. I sent a 350.00 dollars deposit through Zelle to [email protected]. They sent me the ownership paperwork to change into my name. They booked the flight and the next thing I received was an email from the flight company. They said the container was not good enough for travel and I need to pick a better container. They gave you 2 choices for crates and they gave a rate to buy or rent it. For the crate I picked they wanted me to send them 850.00 and they would refund 808.00 once they received the crate. They were basically holding the dog hostage for me to pay more. I have lost the $350.00. Because they tell you to use the family and friend payment.
