Around the middle of January, I received 2 emails from Docusign in our Yahoo email account. Since I was not expecting any documents to sign and I did not know the senders, I deleted the emails. A few days later, on January 16th, a customer of ours reached out to me to let me know that he had sent a form for us to fill out via Docusign. I still had his email in my trash folder, so I retrieved it and went into Docusign to fill out the form and sign it. When I was finished with his document, I saw that the website said I had more things to complete. Wondering what it was, I looked and saw that there was something supposedly from a Department of Finance Procurement Service. When I went to see what it was, it notified me that I was about to leave the Docusign website and go to another one and it asks me if I would like to proceed. I clicked on “NO”. Shortly afterwards, I somehow got logged out of Docusign. When I logged back in, the agreement said that I completed it. There were about 10 other emails attached to this which thankfully had not done anything with it. This Docusign document came from a Hotmail account. The Hotmail account was adm.Procurementservice.gov which I know is not a government email.

I do not know what to do. I have no way to rescind this since I do not know what the document was and whose signature was used since I never opened the document. I was able to reach someone from Docusign on the phone even though I do not have a paid subscription, and they could not help me and said that I needed to contact the sender. I am not going to contact someone I believe to be fraudulent.
