Instgram ad before holidays. Purchased items with shipping of 1-3 days, free. Agreed to charge (confirmed purchase) at $43, and upon new look at bank statement, charged $53.

Item shipped from Ireland and with unfamiliar shipping company providing updates. Updates stopped.

Contacted company and no way to easily contact someone- only an automated system. Still haven't received item and charged more than agreed to.

I have emailed them regarding product more than 5 times always given same response that order has been shipped its been 2 months tracking first said it was coming from Poland last tracking message says in Carson city but that's been 3 weeks ago I've asked for my money back to no avail

Ordered 5 front button breathable skin friendly cotton bras. Last day 75% off 2022. Ordered on Dec 28,2022 .. price..19.99 each with the 5th free. Total 99.55.. thru PayPal. Says it was sent to.. zero-miracle network limited.. ([email protected]) ....(LADIDPMNLADIOP) .. uk office landbase trading co ltd 146a whitchurch road cardiff wales f143na ... usa office uture ecom llc 581 yorbita rd la purnte ca 91744 ...Got an email from [email protected] on dec30,2022 saying my order was being shipped from Belluno 32100 Italy... I got updates ever so often where it was in dif areas of Italy and then one that it went thru customs in the usa... last email I got was it was in Manchester NH on Jan 26,2023 .. I waited awhile and hadn't received it.. I tried the tracking number they gave me on ever carrier in the USA and over seas.. only one it shows on is rhe [email protected].. I emailed them few weeks after that I'd not received my package and no updates if they could please let me know what carrier and if it had a new tracking number since it arrived in usa... all I got back was that they assured me it was still on its way and to be patient.. I waited bit more.. nothing arrived.. sent an email to the [email protected] and got back they had contacted the shipper and was assured it was still on the way.. nothing came sent another email to both got about the same response.. it is now.. Feb 21,2023 and still no package..
