Scam started from phone call (215) 357-9090(Bank of America) stating that unknown person attempted to open charge card at that location. Proceeded to charge $2000.00 on fake card. Then switched to offering credit card debt relief from a program called E.P.D. Using the company name Credit One Counseling. Had all of targets personal information and proceeded with scam to eliminate debt by paying a one time fee of $10,606.00. Using targeted credit card. Switched to 3 different persons during call, with the following phone numbers. (800) 421-2110, (407) 255-0017, (888) 412-9742. Amongst other scammers had access and gained personal information on target in addition to placing a fraudulent charge.

Personal Identity theft and consumer fraud.
