SQ *TYCOR AND A 42 Klas Avenue West Seneca NYUS Is what is shown on my bank debit. The men are thugs and buy old debt I assume. I had a bankruptcy 10 years ago and Richard West (debt collector) calls saying that Barclays did not honor my hardship request in the bankruptcy. The judge granted my bankruptcy and my lawyer said all was taken care of. Mr. West was pushy, threatened to have a process server, serve me with a lawsuit, freeze my bank accounts and credit cards. I stupidly paid $1329.00 to his associate who answered the phone, thinking I would settle the debt. My identity was stolen a few days later and he tried to withdraw another $1001.00, and $656.00 from my bank account. I luckily stopped payment on the $1656. I have blocked him but he still harasses me via text. Now blocked. Sunset Solutions Group sent me a paid in full letter for the $1329.00. Mr. West states his associate did not have the authority to make a final settlement. Hard lesson learned. I'll probably not see the $1329.00 remunerated back to me. Mr. West has had two other thugs call and leave threatening voicemails as well.
