Guy called from a Boston number and said he be there in 2 hours. Came in a plain white car. Hid his work sweatshirt under his jacket. Showed me a spring and charged me for them individual instead of pack. Wanted cash, wanted me to go to atm. He workmanship was poor. I was pointing out the problem and no nothing about garage door repair. Once had credit card charge a surcharge on top of it. What should've cost $600.00 costed over 1200.00. Had to call another company to look at his work.
