I ordered a pair of Ugg boots. They never shipped them or responded to any emails or correspondence after taking the money from my bank account. They took the money from my bank account and it went into a PayPal account to a different name, OliveBettes.

I ordered from a site called dctom.com and got an email from zhcartapps.com with contact info of [email protected] and phone# 717-900-99311 website https://dctom.com/account/login the items never came in and they do not respond to any email sent. The website is still up and operating be aware.

Just like the others, I googled ugg slippers and Dctom.com came up. I purchased the shoes $50 and emailed the to correct address. They responded quickly and said wait 24-72 hours. I emailed again with no response. Tried to call the number and phone hangs up. Fake phone number! I saw they were based out of Fort Worth TX. I searched the location was a commercial wearhouse. Now I need to dispute charges and it's around the holidays. Is there any real resolution to reporting them or is this just a share you experience site?

Ordered a pair of UGG slippers and received a confirmation. Money was charged to my card immediately. Sent numerous emails to no response and phone number listed is not a working number.

I used google to find prices for Ugg slippers. Dctom was one of several vendors Google listed. Their price was the best of the choices, so I used the link to reach the dctom.com web site, which looks authentic. The ordering process seemed standard, and I received a confirmation email and order number after using my credit card, etc. The email indicated that the slippers would be shipped within 72 hours. Their tracking function looked a little odd, but over the next few days, it seemed to progress as one would expect. Weeks later and still no slippers. I dialed the phone number listed and was not surprised to hear that it was not a working number.

I placed my order and the money was taken out of my account immediately, the website said “payment failed please try again” thank god my bank was set up to where the double payment declined as fraud, so they only got the first $60. This website it dangerous, I had to close my card, they phone number and email are fake . There is no way to contact anybody to get any type of refund.

I placed an order on November 10th for a pair of shoes from the dctom website. The site said that I would get an email with the tracking information after the item shipped. On November 18th, I emailed the company and told them that I had no received an email about my item and inquired about the status. I received this email in reply: Dear customer, your order has been shipped. Shipping now! Due to a problem with our system, the tracking number cannot be synchronized to the order system temporarily. We have registered your information and will contact the warehouse to inquire for you. Tracking number will be provided to you within 3-6 days. Sincerely,. On October 24th, I still had no received the item or an email with the tracking information so I sent another email. This time I did not get a response. I waited and emailed again on October 28th and still did not receive an email response so I went to the website and lo0oked up the phone number. I called it and it rung and rung with no one ever picking up. The phone line had a lot of static. At this point I was concerned so I checked my bank account and noticed that the payment was taken off my credit card from a foreign sounding name, not the company name and I knew then that I had been scammed. I did receive an email back from them today and it was the exact same email as before saying Dear customer, your order has been shipped. Shipping now! Due to a problem with our system, the tracking number cannot be synchronized to the order system temporarily. We have registered your information and will contact the warehouse to inquire for you. Tracking number will be provided to you within 3-6 days. Sincerely,.

Long shipping period. But gave me a tracking number. Took payment immediately. Phone number is bogus it just keeps ringing. Email address is not real.

Fraudulent apparel website . Takes payment and never delivers order. When reported to paypal they send a fake delivered notice.

I searched for a pair of shoes online. The scammers website came up and I purchased a pair of shoes for $50. I received an email confirmation about the purchase, but the shoes never arrived. When I check status via their website, it continues to show “not shipped”. No responses to requests for status.

The merchant posted a dress from Windsor on his site at a steep discount. When I followed up with the merchant he did not respond to email nor by phone. The phone number listed gives a busy signal. I filed a claim via PayPal and the merchant responded by stating the item was delivered. Whatever he registered with USPS was not the item nor was it received. The tracking number also shows the item was shipped from Anaheim when the merchant reports they are based out of Texas. The merchant’s PayPal name comes up as Jonathan Stiffler rather than his business.
