DO NOT BUY

Totally scam! The lamp is nothing as describe except it illuminates. It took almost 2 months to arrive. Also their customer service is a crap. They allow only 7 days for you to request a return after you receive the package and it's not even a free return. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

This is a definite scam

Promised 15-22 days. After I complained after 20 days that no info is coming, they pretended that item is on its way. That was a lie because I called UPS to inquire why the status of the shipment never changed from “label created” for days and they said that dazuma or zumada, whatever they call themselves never scheduled a pickup with UPS and never dropped it off at any UPS locations. So most likely my item doesn’t even exist, much less on its way to me! Disputed the charge

Won’t respond to email, online form or calls

The items are wired for European use, not U.S. (220, not 110) I have emailed them, called and used their online form. They will not answer. You only get 7 days to notify them of a return. Took over a month to arrive since it is from China. As one person already mentioned-it says it is a French company but it isn’t. No instructions included either

Dazuma.us is a chinese scammer

It’s a scam. The products are not made in Europe, they are extremely poor quality made and shipped from China. The manufacturer is Chinese and poses as a French company from Europe. Stay away, it’s a scam. Im trying to post pictures of the outside lights I got from them so you can see how badly they are made and they are not as advertised. They are not responding to my refund request.

Buyer Beware

Buyer beware. Dazuma’s outdoor lighting is not suitable for the United States. The lighting all needs adaptive transformers to pass building codes. When adapting you lose the sleek look. DO NOT BUY. The 7 day return policy is too short if you don’t have your licensed electrician immediately able to try and install.
