Sent lots of money to this site they don’t allow asked for refund instead they hang up on you and delete your account without notice you have to subscription and buy credits for premium chats don’t do it

sent 2358.oo to this site its a scam they are actors that get you to like them and send money to the dating.com app they tell you they what you want to hear them if you make a request for refund or report an issue they delete/block your account Don't do it the give you a free account but you have to pay for premium and buy credits to receive emails-letters from them

I was only on the dating site less than a week. Immediately I was contacted by a high profile user who according to the app is a confirmed person. Turns out the person who I was chatting with is actually a model but not the actual person on the dating app.

This app forces you to be like a prisoner when you’ve requested to cancel and delete your subscriptions not taking consideration to your concerns.

I reported the abuse of the money I sent on this dating app to customers services who have refused to consider my allegations against the profile user using a fake profile to lure people to continue chatting on the app to exploit money from people.

Each profile on the app is a fake. They scam people to use their dating app with fake profiles with no explanations of having a real interaction.

I’ve requested a full refund and I have yet to hear back from the customer service team at the dating app.

A friend of mine is completely in love with a Swiss man she met at dating.com. I said to her, that's a scam, she does not believe me. I got a picture of this guy and when google.com photo search and I found out he is an russian actor, I even got his name. I filed a complaint in dating.com, but never responded and I'm now sure false profiles are supported or could have been created by the site itself. Well I just wanted you to know. It is not easy to find this info but for some reason I could find it , thank God. But my friend does not want to believe me anyway.

This poses itself as any other dating app like Tinder or Bumble. However, from the beginning the profiles are too good to be true and you recieve messages that don't really make sense, ie. from a bot. It asks you to pay for a month and once you do, suddenly you have to pay for ''credits'' and you have to pay to see gifts or photos that are sent to you. It would make sense to have to pay to send someone a gift but not to receive one. Normally, as a female, men ask me to move from a dating app to something free like Whatsapp. However, on here, all of the men have excuses for as to why they need to stay on dating.com, despite the fact that it's extremely expensive to send simple messages to people. When I want to cancel my subscription and delete my account, the company pretends to help but they give inaccurate information on how to delete the account and cancel the subscription. Dating.com and dmmm solutions should be shut down. It is so wrong to play with people's emotions and wallets.

This is an absolute scamming website. There is no way to delete accounts are you realize it's all a scam. A bot system keep profiles sending invites to chat which requires payment. Though I listed my location as Los Angeles, CA I've been getting messages from people located in Columbia. And when I do a search of people around my area only four profiles show up that are actually anywhere close in their entire database. Totally not a legitimate website. All the other matches were out of the country. They advertise that they offer love from across the world. It's just a scam website trying to get money from people who would respond to instant gratification.
