I was cashing out $336 and after being promise that that we never have to go through that again on delays of getting cashed out only to wait 26 hours later still saying the same thing give them a moment give them a moment until I finally do this I say if you cash me out right now after 2days for $240 the remainder you can keep the rest for a tip as long as it immediately cashed out just to see if that would change the outcome of the cash out because they done took this long within 2 minutes after I done that they sent me $180 and they kept $96 for a tip, the next time I try to cash out $271 , after 23 hours of them telling me I will be paid soon , I did the same test to see if this was part of their plan to get me tired of waiting and I said , send me , $240 and remainder of $96 you can keep as a tip. Sure enough after their plan worked ,i was sent $180 with in 2 mins but not $240 as I ask out of $336 I won and they got $96 tip the other $60 missing not sure what they did with it,
Another time I was trying to cash out $200 and I gave him a $15 tip but after 22 hours of not getting cashed out I said look just put all my money back on my account on my game and I'll deal with it later with the manager they put it all on there back on there but the $15 tip that I had given if they cash me out they didn't cash me out but they kept the $15 still
