10 shirts ordered and paid for 08/22/26. Tracking finally showed package was delivered on 9/14/26. I did not receive the package. I contacted their customer support and they just keep telling me to research my postal service. I have repeatedly asked for a refund, and they only respond for me to look for the package at my postal service.
